Weekly Training Schedule

2009-2010 Winter Months:  Although winter training is informal, there are always riders getting together throughout the week for indoor and outdoor training.  Sign up on our listserve to get more notifications. 

2010 Road Reason: The 2010 weekly schedule is pending, but here are some of the organized weekly rides that took shape in 2009.

• Tuesday 5:30am -7:30am: Slower ride, no drop policy. Leaves the ORS parking lot unless otherwise specified on our rides list serve (please sign up on the right hand side!). Route announced at ride time. Might be a second 1.5-2 hour group riding until 9:30am.
• Thursdays 6pm: Leaving the Onion River Sports parking lot at 6pm – 7:45ish. Fast ride. There is no no-drop policy on this ride, however we’re nice people, so hang on. The route announced at ride time. You need to feel confident to get home on your own.
• Saturdays 7am: Leaving the ORS parking lot at 7am (unless otherwise announced). No drop policy, slow ride, expect 50+ miles, usually returning by 11am or so. Please RSVP if you are attending.
